Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in engineering.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position.
- Ability to undertake minor building repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to organize, execute and administer day-to-day work plans with regard to facility management.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to do set up for events and band practice.
- Be proactive and aggressive in finding solutions as regards to building maintenance.
- Good work ethic with attention to detail.
- Resourcefulness in meeting a variety of challenges in public relations, employee relations and building construction activities of the Sarakasi institution.
- Be part of events management team.
