Rebecca has been getting away with her endless lies about Angelli but it seems things are about to change. Ever since she found out that she was the missing daughter of the Del Olmo family, she has made it her mission to ruin her sister, Angelli's life. She started out by taking her husband away and now wants to ruin her relationship with their mother.

Rebecca made Elena's relationship with Angelli worse by accusing her of stealing money from the restaurant and giving it to their brother, Sebastian, to gamble away. Elena could hardly believe it when Sebastian confessed that it was Rebecca who gave him the money and not Angelli.

Rebecca threw herself down the stairs because she wanted to fake a miscarriage. She blamed the fall on Angelli and their mother, Elena, took Rebecca's side. She was upset that Angelli could not accept her sister and would go as far as hurting her. Because of the misunderstanding, Angelli ended up moving out of their house and resigning from their family restaurant.

Fortunately, Jose Emilio was able to find a video of Rebecca's fall, which proved that Angelli did not push her. Instead, she had thrown herself down the stairs. He gave it to Angelli, who was glad that she could finally clear things up with her mother.  Will Elena finally see Rebecca's true nature and reconcile with Angelli?
