After several years away, Danna Garcia is set to make her telenovela comeback with Televisa's newest drama,  I dare to love you (Me atrevo a amarte). The show will be produces by Salvador Mejia, starring Rodrigo Guirao and Kimberly Dos Ramos. The Colombian actress is best known for her successful telenovelas such as La Revancha, Beautiful but Unlucky and Pasion  De Gavilanes.

"I am very excited. I am returning to a genre that I love. I owe so much to the production team of Salvador [Mejía], so I could not refuse to join them in this special participation. I am very grateful because my career in recent years has been focused on movies and series. Returning to my genre after so much time feels like something new...", said the actress in an interview with People en Español.

I Dare to Love You is a story of love, injustice and revenge, in which the characters, dominated by hatred, will struggle against their past. In the midst of a whirlwind of resentment, they must find the path to happiness and dare to love. The telenovela will be  set in a hacienda surrounded by beautiful natural scenery.

Other actors set to star in the show include Marlene Favela, Christian De La Campa, Mariluz Bermudez and Cesar Evora. The show will premiere in 2025.
