Head Over Heels star, Livia Brito has ended her four years relationship and marriage engagement to her personal trainer and nutritionist, Mariano Martínez. The couple got engaged in November 2022 and Livia Brito mentioned that she would take a break from working in order to build a family.

"We will make it publicly known that we have decided to end our relationship as of February of this year by mutual agreement. We are no longer a couple but we still have love and respect for each other. We thank the public and the media for their understanding of this situation, since we will not talk about it anymore," Brito and Martínez wrote in a statement that they released on their respective Instagram accounts.

Livia Brito has now returned to work and is the  star of the new version of La Patrona, that will now be titled Minas de Pasión (Mines of Passion), in which she will share credits with Osvaldo de León and Anette Michel. The show follows the story of Emilia, a single mother who works in a min. She ends up falling in love with Leonardo, the son of Roberta Castro, a powerful woman who object to their relationship. Roberta will seek revenge on Emilia by making her life miserable. The show is set to premier this August on Las Estrellas.
