The 7th Kitenge Fashion Festival in Eldoret merged eco-consciousness with creativity via a Jambojet-sponsored sustainability challenge.  Designs repurposed airline materials into fashion, reflecting Jambojet's support for local talent and sustainability. Caroline Wairimu won first place for transforming headrests and seat covers into stylish uniforms and accessories.  Eileen Chepchumba and Ashley Lugalia placed second and third, showcasing intricate crochet work and sophisticated designs. The event emphasized collaboration and sustainable fashion, featuring workshops on eco-friendly practices. It highlighted fashion's potential for positive change and the importance of sustainability in design and the industry.
