Kapuso stars Tom Rodriguez and Carla Abellana are engaged! The couple stared dating in 2014 after working together in GMA's teleserye, My Husband's Lover. The tandem eventually won over the hearts of Kenyan fans with their romcom drama, My Destiny.
After several years together, Tom Rodriguez eventually popped the question in October 2020. They however revealed the exciting news this March by sharing candid photos from their engagement.
"I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where. I love you simply, without problems or pride: I love you in this way because I do not know any other way of loving but this." Tom Rodriguez captioned his photo by quoting poet Pablo Neruda.
For Carla Abellana, hers was a simple "A million times, YES!"
