The Venezuelan actress is best known for top billing some of the Kenya's favorite Telenovelas such as Todo Sobre Camila and Secreto De Amor. Others include My three Sisters, Rafaela and The Fan which is currently showing on Telemundo.
She celebrated her birthday with her daughter and partner Yul Burkle. Yul Burkle took to Instagram to wish his love a happy birthday writing;
"I hope that you keep reaching for all your wishes, dreams and desires, that you always laugh and have joy and keep lighting up the lives of those that surround you. I Love you…"
The bigger celebration though was the was their daughter's birthday who turned eight on the 9th of March and Scarlet Ortiz was more than happy to share the birthday with her.
