Baluba has a casual and relaxed ambience and you can enjoy dining a la piscina (By the pool).
Their salad bar is impressive and you can build a healthy bowl of fresh ingredients with the help of friendly attendants. Highly recommend you try the Classic Ceasar which consists of Rommaine lettuce, poached egg, parmesan and anchovy dressing for 950 bob.
Their cream of mushroom soup is divine and a must-try and is served with Crispy Mushroom Bruschetta.
For my entrée I tried offerings from the Indian corner. I chose the biriyani, fish curry and cucumber raita (Yoghurt dip with cucumber). It lacked the signature tart taste I've been accustomed to in the Indian restaurants I frequent but not bad either.
My friend couldn't stop raving about the homemade pumpkin ravioli at the pasta station. Try it and see what all the hype is about.
1000 bob, the Trico-lade Chocolate Mousse was a bit steep becasuse of the modest serving but it's worth every coin. I promise.
Foodies will enjoy this new expansive menu that has more offerings than their previous swiss menu. 4000 bob is enough for a 3 course meal for two or you can book Sunday brunch and get a taste of most of the things on the menu.
