Jose Emilio and Rebecca are now married! After Rebecca revealed the news that she was expecting Jose Emilio's child, Angelli decided to end her marriage to Jose Emilio. Unfortunately, they had both signed the divorce papers and Rebecca had them processed immediately.

Rebecca thought things were going according to plan but everything was ruined when Mauricio, Jose Emilio's father, tried to blackmail her. He asked for money and in exchange, he would not tell Jose Emilio about Rebecca's relationship with Misael. Rebecca fought with him in order to stop him and ended up getting hurt.

When Rebecca was admitted to the hospital, she took advantage of the situation to tell Jose Emilio that her pregnancy and life were in danger. Jose Emilio therefore agreed to marry her so that he could take care of her and their baby. But right after the wedding, he found out that Rebecca had lied and was not ill. He also found out that she was Angelli's long lost sister, which made him feel even worse.

Since he was deceived into marrying Rebecca, he told her that he was going to annul their marriage but would still take care of their baby. Rebecca is however doing everything to make sure that she will not lose Jose Emilio. Will she be able to keep Jose Emilio by her side?
