Kirk Franklin once again highlights Billboard's gospel charts after his hit single, 'Love Theory' -off his 13th studio album spiked to #1. 'Love Theory' becomes the 13-time Grammy award winning artist's record-tier for most number 1s on the Gospel Airplay Chart with Tamela Mann. The song has accrued over 3.4 million views on YouTube so far with an overwhelmingly positive reception from the gospel community.Franklin's last #1 was the sensational 'My World Needs You' in 2017 which dominated the charts for two weeks. Franklin has been a household name worldwide in the gospel scene after successive sales on his past albums which spawned hits such as 'Lean On Me', 'Imagine Me', 'My Life is in Your Hands' and 'Smile'.Last month, Kirk Franklin announced the release date for his upcoming album, 'Long Live Love' to debut on May 31 with an additional tour announcement dubbed 'The Long Live Love Tour' which will begin in July 2019.
