Kenyan Rom-Com Movie 'Disconnect' Makes it to Netflix

Mark your calendars and set a reminder! On October 16th, Kenyan RomCom movie Disconnect will premiere on Netflix. Yay! The movie explores the intricacies and absurdities of the Nairobi dating scene. With all the celebrity relationship drama currently unravelling in Nairobi, this film is timely.
Directed by David 'Tosh' Gitonga and Michael Jones, Disconnect features a stellar cast that includes Brenda Wairimu, Nick Mutuma, Bridget Shighadi, Pascal Tokodi and Catherine Kamau.

Disconnect will be the third Kenyan production to be offered on the platform. Other Kenyan films available on Netflix include short film Poacher and Nick Mutuma's Sincerely Daisy.
