This Saturday, a line-up of star musicians will come together for a charity concert at the Alchemist in aid of ailing NTV The Trend presenter Jahmby Koikai. The concert which kicks off from 5.30 pm will feature artists like Gilad who will be performing his first show since his All Africa Music Awards wins last week, Nairobi Horns project, Amos and Josh, Kagwe Mungai, H_art the Band, Njugush and many more.

The affable TV host and talented reggae femcee is battling thoracic endometriosis, a life-threatening condition which causes her lungs to collapse due to an abnormal collection of air. The concert is appealing to all fans of hers and Kenyans of goodwill to come out and support her in raising money to receive treatment in Atlanta, USA.

Her specialized treatment requires Ksh 10 million with Ksh 4.2 million raised so far through family, friends and fans. Tickets will be sold at the gate for only Ksh 1,000. Let's join in hands and help this strong young lady reach her mark so she can receive the required treatment. She's a national treasure and we'd all love to see her back on our TV screens - healthy and bubbly.
