If your kids are aquaphiles but the current cold weather isn't exactly ideal for that early morning swim, try out these child friendly heated pools in Nairobi. 
Swim Africa
Swim Africa offers swim training at Westlands in a heated pool. Located within Montessori Learning center.
Charges are between 1,000 and 1,500 per session.
They train both adults and children, offer hydrotherapy for those recovering from injury, aqua-aerobics for soon-to-be Mums, and Mummy and Me classes for parents with babies. They also have women-only sessions available.
Sarabi Pool-Sankara Hotel
The rooftop pool at Sankara hotel in Westlands has a partly-glass bottom, is 18 meters long and is heated to 25 degrees centigrade. The charge is Kshs 2,500 for a 4 hour session. Enjoy views of the Westlands skyline while you swim.
Panari Hotel Swimming Pool
Panari hotel along Mombasa road has an indoor, temperature-controlled pool usually heated to 28 degrees centigrade. It's 15 metres long and has a lifeguard on site. It'll cost you Ksh 1200 for a 6 hour session.
Laico Regency Hotel Heated Swimming Pool
Conveniently located in the CBD along Uhuru Highway, the Laico Regency hotel indoor pool is heated to 28 degrees centigrade, is 18 metres long and charges Ksh 2000 per adult and Ksh 1500 for kids. Operational from 10:00am- 6:00pm. 
PrideInn Hotel Lantana
The temperature controlled outdoor pool at Prideinn Hotel Lantana is open from 10:00am- 6:00pm daily. It's 18 metres long with instagrammable backdrops, and a lifeguard onsite. 
Cloud Nine.
Cloud Nine is along School Lane in Westlands and has a heated pool that is open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.The charge is Ksh 1,000 for adults and Ksh 500 for children (3-8years) with no time limit.
