Asintado is an ABSCBN production from 2018 starring Julia Montes, Paulo Avelino, Shaina Magdayao and Aljur Abrenica.
The serye follows the story of sisters, Juliana (Julia Montes) and Samantha (Shaina Magdayao). The girls' parents are killed in a fire and they are forced to take different paths after different families adopt them. Juliana grows up with the humble Dimasalang family while Samantha grows up with the wealthy Del Mundos. Their paths eventually cross when Juliana falls for Gael (Paulo Avelino), Samatha's ex-boyfriend. Samatha is unwilling to let go of Gael and hatches a plan to get rid of Juliana.
This leads to a series of unfortunate events for Juliana and her return is marked with a desire for vengeance against the people who wronged her. What will happen once the sisters find out about their connection to each other?
