Love to chill out and smoke a cigar with your buds? Smoking in Nairobi is a difficult affair these days, mostly because of the city's directives prohibiting smoking indoors. Now that many restaurants and bars have started slowly getting back to the business after a pandemic induced hiatus, the after-dinner drink and cigar pics that permeated our Instagram feeds pre-COVID 19 will make a comeback.
There are few hidden gems around town that not only allow the purchase and enjoyment of a cigar, but offer a quality spirit or beverage to pair with it. Here's where in Nairobi you too can get cigar for the "gram" or if you're a true connoisseur, somewhere to exhale. Remember, smoking isn't too good for your health but….Que sera sera.

Havana Bar & Restaurant
This aptly named Cuban themed bar in Westlands Woodvale Grove has a cigar menu and a space to indulge-Habanos.
The Cigar Lounge at Villa Rosa Kempinski Hotel
This 5 star Hotel also in Westlands has a well-stocked Cigar lounge with a humidor.

Mandhari Restaurant at the Serena hotel has an outdoor Cigar deck

The Fifteen Rooftop along Mombasa road has a balcony cigar lounge at the Sunset lounge.
