Kenya's streets can be unpredictable and, at times, dangerous. Children need to learn how to protect themselves while staying active. Recognizing this need, Amuse Kenya has developed a dynamic sports clinic specifically designed for kids between 3 and 15. The program offers a fun yet educational opportunity for children to not only build self-defense skills but also stay fit and healthy by engaging in physical activities.
The cost for each session is KSH 1500 per child. Every Saturday from 9 am to 12 pm, the clinic provides either boxing or karate lessons for each child, followed by bike riding sessions. The clinic is tailored to meet the needs of today's generation, who tend to spend more time indoors. It encourages children to get outside, enjoy the fresh air, and learn important life skills in the process.
For children below the age of 3, Amuse Kenya offers free creative, physical, and nature-based activities throughout the day. These activities nurture early development and spark curiosity through interactive learning in a safe and welcoming environment.
