Mines of Passion (Mines of Passion) premiered on Monday 24th June on Citizen TV replacing Land of Hope (Tierra de Esperanza).

 A 2023 production of TelevisaUnivision, Mines of Passion is a new take on the Telemundo series The Return (La Patrona ) starring Livia Brito (Heartless), Osvaldo de León (Sightless Love) Anette Michel (Morena) and Alejandro Camacho (Abyss of Passion)

Fearless, Emilia, a single morher, works alongisde her father Julián Sanchez (The Tiger) in a male dominated mine owned by her godfather Ignacio Villamizar, a kind hearted man who cares for the community and his ruthless and corrupt wife Roberta Castro who will become Emilia's enemy when Ignacio dies and Emilia discovers that the mine is being mismanaged by Roberta herself.

Things take a turn for the worst when Emilia meets Roberta's estranged son Leonardo Santamaría and a love stronger than the adversities around them blooms.
