Venezuelan actress, Natalia Streignard was one of the most recognizable faces in the Telenovela world having starred on shows such as La Mujer De Mi Vida, La Tormenta, and Mi Gorda Bella. The actress however took a break from acting and has not appeared in any show for 13 years.
Natalia Streignard was married to La Mujer De Mi Vida co-star, Mario Cimarro, but they filed for divorce in 2006. In 2008, she met Italian Businessman, Donato Calandriello, and got married in the same year. They have three children together and she chose to focus on her family.
In 2016, the actress told People Espanol that it was difficult to make a comeback but she would do it one day. Recently, she was at Telemundo Studios for an interview and shed light on the kind of role she would take, if she were to return to acting, saying,
"Today my time is very valuable because my family is everything to me, so I see myself returning in a special participation, in something that is, cool, important but short. I don't think I could dedicate my life again from Monday to Monday and with an indeterminate schedule because I have a family and I want to be with them, I want to share with them, I want to grow up with them. My children are still small. If I could miraculously be able to combine the two without either of them being so affected it would be a wonderful thing, but I know it's very difficult because television is so absorbing."
