Chocolate is loved around the world. It contains a high level of antioxidants and some studies suggest that it helps lower the body's cholesterol level and prevents loss of memory. However, it contains a large number of calories and thus should be consumed in moderation. Chocolate is classified as dark, milk or white depending on the proportion of cacao used to make it.
