The bedroom, as with the living/dining area, is air-conditioned and has a spacious bathroom and separate toilet. A covered terrace stretches the length of the villa with outside seating and the plunge pool is set to one side, flanked by sunbeds.

Tiff's Boat House has plenty of car parking, is staffed with a house-keeper and garden, and is the perfect retreat for a family holiday. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach at Watamu Marine Park. A casual cook can be provided for an extra charge. The property includes initial Wifi for 12GB and clients to top up directly after. The backup power is a combination of a generator and inverter system.
