An interesting list titled 'Top 50 Greatest Rappers of All-Time' made its way online, and Twitter emphatically disagrees with it. The list features Joe Budden as the third greatest rapper of all time, behind Jay-Z and Nas, with the likes of Biggie Smalls, Tupac Shakur, Kendrick Lamar, Drake, and J Cole lagging behind. Kanye West is not even featured on this list. One user even said, "there is a 99.99999% chance that Joe Budden wrote this list" tweet.
