Woyez, Dj Kafii and Benzema have collaborated to release a high tempo club banger, Ama Vipi. The song was mixed and mastered by R-Town & Baddesting Entertainment. The video was directed by Mckenzie & Hulk Omondi.
The track is another step in Dj Kafii's career whose passion for music began at an early age. He often credits his father and brother for his versatility and love of different musical genres. His varied taste in music has enabled him to perform on multiple stages in Kenya and across East Africa.
Kafii has come a long way from the small bedroom DJ honing his skills using "Virtual Dj software. While working as a program controller and host on USIU campus radio, he met and later shadowed his mentor, GMoney, to whom he credits as someone who changed his whole career. He went on to join Uptown Cuts on 91.1fm and a later 91.5fm where he flourished as a DJ hosting two very well received shows, The Jamdown and West Connect.
In 2017 Kafii's mixtape " No longer Trapped in Africa " got featured on MTV Base website mix of the Quarter. Kafi also toured with Muthoni Drummer Queen in 2018 whilst working on his E.P titled Keuriosity.
Dj Kafii has also released the " Baddestting remix pack " a set of Kenyan remixes that have garnered him quite the following on 103.5 HBR Radio, where he DJs and hosts the show, JSHBR.
