On Saturday November 24th, the thoroughly anticipated awards ceremony for AFRIMAs (All Africa Music Awards) finally went down in Ghana, at Accra International Conference Center.
These awards sweep across Africa picking and honouring the distinct rich African music worldwide. Earlier this month, a glamourous pre-awards nominees party preceded the main awards ceremony, all in the spirit of gearing up for the crux of the awards.
Kenya's Kagwe Mungai had earned a nom in the Best Male Artist in Eastern Africa category, but lost to Uganda's Bebe Cool
