 December 2nd: Masterclass Short Film Pitch

Location: The Heron Hotel, Milimani Rd, Nairobi | Time: 9am – 5pm

Sixty aspiring Kenyan filmmakers from five departments have spent eight months preparing for this moment. On this day, 12 talented teams will pitch their short film ideas, competing for grants to bring their stories to life. Witness creativity in action and see the beginnings of the next ACT OF LOVE, INHERITANCE, MAWIMBI, GROGAN’S LODGE, NDOTO & STERO.

December 3rd: Distribution & Social Impact Pitch

Location: The Heron Hotel | Time: 9am – 4pm

Explore innovative ways to bring African narratives to the world. Film and distribution professionals from Kenya, Nigeria, Rwanda, Ethiopia and Germany will present strategies for improving independent African content’s reach. 

December 4th: Award Ceremony

Location: Alloy Lounge & Bar, Sarit Center, Nairobi | Time: 5pm – 8pm
