Kenya's first dedicated TV Station for Kids' content Akili Kids™! are calling for all talented kids, mums and dads to participate in their Anthem Remix contest.
They're looking for skilled individuals to create a remixed, extended version of their current 40-second TV anthem.
Take this chance to let your creativity shine and win some fantastic prizes! In addition, you'll have the opportunity to join their Next Level Treasure Hunt event in August.
Participants can explore and experiment with any genre of music that sparks your imagination. We value your unique style and want you to have creative freedom.
While creating your remix, it's important to use original beats. If you decide to incorporate any samples, make sure you have the necessary licenses to do so.
To maintain the recognizable Akili Kids essence, they ask that you use Akili Kids assets as the foundation of your remix. This will ensure that your entry captures the spirit of Akili Kids!
Incorporate the phrase "Dream Big" into the song lyrics, and remember to create a remix that appeals to children, teens, parents, and caregivers alike. Their commitment to family-friendly content is essential.
Once you've completed your 3-minute-long remixed, extended version, please submit it in the form of a SoundCloud or YouTube link through the provided submission link.
The winner will receive a grand prize of Ksh 200,000 and be credited for the remix across all Akili TV platforms
