Overview
The Kisumu Museum in partnership with the Kisumu County, Kenya Wildlife Services, Kenya Railways Corporation, Promote Kenya Ltd, and other partners is planning to hold an outdoor screening of the movie: 'The Ghost and the Darkness? on ?8th April 2023.
Through this movie, the museum seeks to effectively tell the story of Kenyan heritage and history by showcasing the story of two man?eating male lions in the Tsavo region of Kenya. These lions terrorized and were responsible for the deaths of dozens of the Kenya ? Uganda Railway construction workers. This movie will be shown on the museum grounds on a large LED experiential screen.
