Overview
We hope you are ready for a unique multi-sport challenge with an open water swim, on road bike and run through the beautiful Kwale County.
The event will have three different categories as follows:-
Middle Distance - 1.5KM Swim - 90KM Cycle - 21.5KM Run
Olympic Distance - 1.5KM Swim - 40KM Cycle - 10KM Run
Sprint Distance - 750m Swim - 20KM Cycle - 5KM Run
Registration will now open on Monday, 2nd September from 6.00AM with a total of 180 slots on offer across all event categories.To ensure that all the triathletes enjoy the swim, bike and run through the day, the team has taken into account the tide and weather patterns and will have a very early start for all this year.
