Overview
The second edition of the Karen Open Triathlon is set for Sunday, 14the April, 2024.
This unique X-trail (off road) triathlon will be hosted at the picturesque Karen Country Club.
The event is set to test each participants speed and endurance as they tackle a unique yet challenging course.
The event is open to amateur and professional triathletes from age 18yrs to 65 years as well as teams of three persons of all fitness levels.
The event will see triathletes tackle a hybrid triathlon distance with a:-
Swim - Pool based
Bike - Off Road (MTB)
Run - Off Road
