OVERVIEW
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which KenyaBuzz Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a “User”) of the https://kenyabuzz.com website (“Site”). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by us. The use of information processed through our services shall be limited to the purpose of providing the services for which our customers have engaged us.

SECTION 2 - PASSIVE INFORMATION

This information may include Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, the files viewed on our Site (e.g., HTML pages, graphics, etc.), operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data to analyze trends in the aggregate and administer the Site. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal information regarding visitors and Users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

What we may need from you We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data (or to exercise any of your other rights). Time limit to respond We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
