4. Dr. Katie Bouman -The scientist behind the world's first black hole image

Dr. Katie Bouman, a 29 year old  computer scientist is responsible for the capture of the first photo of a real black hole. She led the project which ultimately created the algorithm that made the scientific breakthrough possible.
