Apple Unveils New iPhone 13 Models
Apple has introduced its latest iPhone 13 flagship smartphones. Powered by "the fastest chip in a smartphone," an A15 Bionic mobile processor, the new flagship models, which come in five different colours will include the low budget iPhone 13 Mini, regular iPhone 13, iPhone 13 Pro and the high-end iPhone 13 Pro Max.
The 5.4-inch iPhone 13 mini and 6.1-inch iPhone 13 will retail from $729 (est. KES 78,500) and $829 (est. KES 89,500). 6.1-inch iPhone 13 Pro and 6.7-inch 13 Pro Max will start at $999 (est. KES 108,000) and $1099 (est. KES 113,000).
All the iPhones will have a new entry-level capacity of 128GB for double the storage, as well as 256GB, 512GB and 1TB capacities. Pre-orders for the new devices will begin Friday, September 17, and availability begin Friday, September 24.
Other major releases at the Apple Event included the new iPad and iPad mini, and Apple Watch Series 7.
