Fast food chain Big Square is renowned for its flame-grilled burgers which offer a distinct, seasoned flavor. However, this was not the case with a number of Twitter users who took to the platform to complain about their recent deliveries, causing a PR disaster.Media personality Saddique Shaban's tweet, "Late night robbery with violence by @BigSquareKE", caused an overflow of bad reviews, with most claiming to have been ripped off from what they expected. PR guru Ahmed Asmali chimed in saying, "It seems @BigSquareKE is going down the hill very fast if the many complaints here are anything to go by. They came so much hype and hope. What happened? Has Big Square management changed?"Safe to say, Big Square, which has opened 11 outlets since beginning its operations in 2012, has promptly been responding to complaints online but it just might need to do a tad bit more. 'Lovecraft Country' Series Trailer Released

The Jordan Peele and Misha Green-created supernatural terror series is based on Matt Ruff's book of the same title. Sony Delays PS5 Launch Date
