A year after their break up, Irina Baeva has finally revealed that Gabriel Soto's infidelity was the reason they ended their 6-year relationship.

The ex-couple met and fell in love on the set of Televisa's drama, Vino El Amor in 2016. At the time, Gabriel Soto was married to actress, Geraldine Bazan whom he has two daughters. His relationship with Irina Baeva caused a major controversy and eventually led to the end of his marriage. He proposed to Irina Baeva in 2021 but they postponed the wedding because Irina Baeva's family could not travel from Russia because of the Ukranian war.  They however broke up in 2024 without ever tying their nuptials. During their time, there were numerous rumors of their break up which they denied but Irina Baeva has come out to say that Gabriel Soto had cheated on her multiple times in the course of their relationship.

"My past relationship, to tell the truth, ended because of his infidelities, which are public. It's difficult because I think as women, we often keep it to ourselves, because it's hard to express, and especially for me, who's been in long-term relationships, I'm not really jumping from one partner to another…" said Irina Baeva in an interview with Hola! Mexico.

Gabriel Soto had said that he ended the relationship because she did not support him during his illness, which Irina Baeva also denied during the interview.

"No, not at all, I'm there when I need to be, at all times, it's totally false, the only reason my past relationship ended is because of his infidelities…"
