Alicia has finally decided to end her 30-year marriage with Sergio. After she found out about his affairwith Julieta, she kicked him out of their house but there still remained hope of reconciliation. Her children encouraged her to forgive Sergio and Alicia considered it because she did not want to break their family. She was also not sure about how she would continue with her life as a single woman in her fifties.On his part, Sergio tried to make Alicia forgive him by wooing her again. He tried to convince her to give him another chance by claiming that things between him and Julieta were over. Alicia found out that he was lying after talking to Julieta. This is why she finally decided to file for divorce and end her marriage with Sergio.Sergio was furious and confronted Alicia for it. He wanted to return to his house but Alicia stood her ground and told him to leave. Sergio could not do much to assert his presence because their children were home and witnessed the argument.
