It's said, good food is good mood. Superb wordplay, right? Well, there's more to just the witty shuffle of words in that statement, and Brew Bistro understands this perfectly well. With a brilliantly crafted experience like no other just for you, Brew Bistro brings you a dinner party experience dubbed Meat Me.
It serves an evolving three-course tasting menu featuring various cuts of 21-day dry aged beef and paired with fine wines and craft beers. How mouth-watering!
As the intended pun 'meat me' suggests, this will be more than just a dining experience. You'll also get to meet and make new friends. After Meat Me is launched, it will continue as a monthly event at the various Brew outlets in Westlands, Langata and along Ngong Road.
The idea for this unique dinner party event was created by the head chef, Hector, who will display the meat at the counter showcasing all the cuts, and have a live carving station where guests can see how the meat is aged and prepared. An interactive session with the wine and meat pairing will then follow.
This unique dinner will launch this Saturday, September 15th, with a wine ambassador from France gracing the occasion. The ambassador will be explaining how the various cuts of meat are paired with fine French wines from Domaine de la Baume in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. The region is situated in Servian, between Béziers and the medieval town of Pézenas, at the center of the world's largest wine-growing area.
