In a period of unrest, the residents of Mwiki Town cultivate security from Gunner ?G? Kiprotich, a local gang leader, and his gang members who in return harvest ?tax? from the locals. Things however get thick when the residents get eviction leaflets from the area M.P (Okelo) and the Governor who intend to create foreign investment.

When the residents get too demanding, G is forced to get into a talk with the M.P who turns a deaf ear on the plight of the resident. A betrayal of entitlement seep through G especially for the fact that he helped the M.P into power illegally.

After the meeting, the M.P goes ahead to plot G?s murder using two rogue cops; Lurther and Ben.

G finds love in Catherine Njeri; a resident of ?this? area. In an operation, Ras; one of G?s gang member kills Njeri?s brother. With the knowledge that this might jeopardize his relationship with Njeri, he decides to bury the truth about the brother?s death but he forgets the guilt that would tear him.

He decides to send Njeri to a medical school to massage the guilt.To save the residents of Mwiki and his relationship, G hatches a plan that would see him quit

crime; robing the investment money from the M.P.
