The Bistro was first opened downtown by Alan Bobbes in 1962. He was already known to the settler crowd for having a program called "What's Cooking?" on the first broadcast station in Kenya in the fifties. Alan Bobbes, now at the end of Rhapta Road Westlands, serves a wide variety of delicious dishes including a variety of meats, seafood, homegrown ducks and chickens raised on special farms. Their vegetables are specially grown for the restaurant ensuring high quality and freshness. The Chef, with 32 years of experience is guaranteed to satisfy .You can dine in the cozy interior or by the Pool Side terrace.
